two [redacted] walk into each other

Created in collaboration with the dancers, this piece follows a person running into someone from their past unexpectedly. Each cast member takes on the roles of these two characters in a non-linear, dreamlike sequence as the voice of the narrator directs the scene. The conversation is repeated, deconstructed, and broken down while the narrator attempts to keep the story under control and make it go in the right direction. Two [redacted] walk into each other uses movement and sound to explore themes of (dis)connection, communication, and control.
